1. How long does the Clean & Go service take?

Our Clean & Go service is designed to provide a professional refresh without taking up your entire day. Most vehicles can be completed in approximately one hour, although timings may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. Larger SUVs, heavily used family vehicles, or vehicles that haven’t been cleaned recently may require slightly longer. The aim of this service is to provide maximum convenience whilst still delivering a noticeably cleaner and fresher vehicle.

2. Is this a full detailing service?

No. The Clean & Go package is a maintenance valet designed to keep your vehicle looking presentable between deeper detailing appointments. It focuses on refreshing the vehicle rather than carrying out intensive correction work. Services such as machine polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating installation, stain removal, upholstery extraction, and specialist treatments are available through our Full Detailing and Personalised Detailing packages.

3. Do you come to my home or workplace?

Yes. Prestige Polish is a fully mobile service, meaning we can carry out the Clean & Go valet at your home or workplace. This allows you to continue with your day whilst we professionally clean your vehicle. Mobile detailing offers convenience without compromising on quality, making it a popular choice for busy professionals and families throughout Nottinghamshire.

4. Can I book regular appointments?

Absolutely. Many of our customers prefer regular appointments to ensure their vehicle remains consistently clean throughout the year. Regular maintenance helps prevent excessive dirt build-up, preserves the condition of interior surfaces, and keeps paintwork looking fresher for longer. Customers booking a minimum of three consecutive appointments can also take advantage of our Maintenance Plan and receive a 5% discount on each visit.

6. Will this remove stains from seats and carpets?

The Clean & Go package is designed as a maintenance clean rather than a restorative interior detail. Whilst it removes everyday dust, dirt, and loose debris, deep stain removal and upholstery extraction are not included. For vehicles with significant staining, odours, pet hair, or heavily soiled interiors, we would recommend our more comprehensive detailing services which are specifically designed to tackle these issues.

7. Is this suitable for new vehicles?

Yes. New vehicles can benefit enormously from regular maintenance cleaning.
